  • Timing: The VIVA Vibe newsletter goes out 1 x per month


Ad Requirements


  1. Engaging Copy and nothing offensive.

  2. Submission Timeline: Ad copy is due two weeks prior to publication. Once approved, your ad will be scheduled based on availability and first-come, first-serve placement.

  3. Creative Flexibility: We reserve the right to make minor edits to your ad copy to align with the tone and flow of our newsletter.

  • We reserve the right to decline sponsorships that do not align with the values of the VIVA Vibe community. If this occurs, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Once approved, there are no cancellations or reschedules due to the limited availability of slots and our high demand.
